First picked cotton from farm is collected and cleaned manually to remove contamination.
Then Cotton goes through dries to remove moisture content .
Then Cotton cleaning is done thought the machines to remove foreign particles and materials.
Then cotton goes to the cotton ginning machine for further process in it.
After that cotton goes for super clening .
And Finally Goes to Bale pressing machine and it make export quality bale around 160-175 KG bales and easily can stuff upto 25-27 MT in 1x40Ft FCL .
